At Lubek developments, we believe that your project should be kept as simple and straightforward as possible, regardless of how complex the task may seem.

Our first meeting, would simply be to discuss your project and ideas and establish best how our team could help with the design, planning, or just the construction of your scheme.

Once yourselves are happy with the role you wish us to undertake and costs have been agreed,work would commence,on time, at the date agreed.

Throughout your project, you would have one point of contact with a senior member of staf,f who would oversee your project from start to finish. Daily,weekly or monthly site meetings at your convenience would be arranged, so you were kept fully abreast of progress,costs and completion dates.

The completion date you are given at our first meeting would be the completion date we would achieve, we currently have a 100% record in achieving this.
